| Mark 10: 17-31: What must I do? |

Jesus challenged the rich young man to get rid of the wealth, power and staus that prevented him from giving his whole heart to God. How do we know what God would have us do? This craft compares Jesus to a windsock: he shows us the direction in which God's wind is blowing us. There's also a children's talk and some wondering to do with the children. Jesus said it is harder for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven than it is for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle. Children can make this free-standing camel to remind them of Jesus' words. |
