I Wonder…..

….if I should throw this out, or if KCO Craft could use it? Already preparing for KCO 2011, Craft Coordinators Anne Headland and Maureen Howland are looking for people to collect the following recyclables: cardboard rolls, beads (for threading), small glass jars with tight fitting screw top lids (220gm vegemite ones and spice jars are ideal). Or if you would like to donate materials, the following would be useful: glitter pens/glue, sequins, small coloured foam letters/shapes, rolls of alfoil. Please contact Anne if you live north of the city (8265 3066) or Maureen if you live south of the city (8296 2508). We’d love to help you recycle!

At a group level:

• Become a leader
• Become a cook
• Help with the administration of forms, screenings and finances prior to KCO
• Drive kids to and from KCO or organise a car pool for your church
• Set up tents and pull them down
• Donate food for the weekend (see the cook or coordinator for what they need)
• Lend tents, shade shelters tables, BBQs, camping gear
• Sponsor a child to go from your church
• Go with a child from your church with another group if there is not enough people to go to KCO from your Church

For another Church (especially rural church):

• Sponsor a child to go to KCO
• Lend tents, shade shelters tables, BBQs, camping gear
• Put up tents for country groups
• Deliver meals to a group so that they don't have to bring lots of cooking equipment
