Please complete the following steps to register:

Step One: Download the SAYCO 2011 Team Information document:  Team SAYCO 2011 Information (607.26 kB) (This information is for you to keep, or to pass on to your team members, it doesn't need to be returned to the UC Events Office.)

Step Two: Check the status of your Police Check here: https://portal.sa.uca.org.au/Portal/pub/Forms/recoverScreeningID.aspx - you will get an immediate response. For a screening to be active for SAYCO 2011, it must have been completed since October 2, 2008.

If your status is not active, visit the Duty of Care website, download and complete the current Screening and Authority Request Form [Due Monday August 22, 2011]. Screening requests should be submitted as early as possible – this is the latest date to ensure a clearance is possible before the event. Please note: We urge you to have all of your Screening and Authority Request forms in by this date to increase successful processing. The sooner you can get these forms in the better as there is no guarantee that forms will be processed on time, before SAYCO.

Step Three: Complete the online registration form that has been emailed to you by Monday September 12, 2011. Step Four: Download the appropriate Volunteer Declaration and Referee form:  frm SAYCO 2011 Volunteer Declaration & Referee form (481.41 kB) or  frm SAYCO 2011 Junior Volunteer Declaration & Referee form (530.95 kB) and send into the UC Events Office by Monday September 12, 2011.

Step Five: pay for your registration online here.

Step Six: rock up to SAYCO and have a great time serving the campers, leaders, team and Christ!
